Title: Gardman Performance Weed control Fabric - which side is up?
Post by: chappy on April 08, 2007, 15:26:54
Hi all,

Happy Easter.

I bought a roll of "Gardman Performance Weed control Fabric" from my local wyevale store recently, to use for paths between my beds.  Having unravelled it, I am not sure which way up the fabric should go.  One side has a slightly shiny surface and one is more of a matt finish.

Can anyone tell me which way is up please? :)

The packaging doesn't offer any suggestion on this.  But it does mention that it has a "Water Pore â,,¢" treatment and I wonder if it is this which gives it the shiny finish and so this side should be up.  Anybody got a clue?  I’ve sent an email to Gardman customer services, but being Easter I won’t get a response till next week and want to get this out of the way.

Kind regards,

Chappy.

we've used about 3 different types recently & I don't think it matters which way is up.  :)
