Wondered if anyone had a barbie - been such a wonderful day here I was tempted.  8) Your sausage in a roll WB must count as the first barbie of the year - like the first cuckoo - a sign that summer is really on its way.  :)

No dinner yet for me - worked a twelve hour day today and got home at 9.00pm, so have only had time (and energy) for some crisps so far. Still, I'm off till Monday week now!

saddad,

was that Fat Baby Achocha you were thinking about or the exploding cucumber? I'm growing FBA for the first time this season and would welcome any tips.

tonight I'm having a huge portion of home-made thick multi-veggie soup to which I've added 4oz. of mixed pulses (which soaked overnight) & some chopped chunks of gammon (left over from Christmastime & frozen) with a couple of home-made mixed herb dumplings added - can't wait - smells fab :P
