Glad to hear it.
Plenty of buds on mine, but no leaves yet. Guess you'll have to wait a couple more years for flowers.
My tree peony younsters (5 years old) will flower for the first time this year. Can't wait for the buds to open ;D. 4 P. rockii with one flower bud on each plant. I'll post a picture in the gallery when they open!
My P rockii are still in the seed. Lutea is seedling size, so it's going to be a few years yet.
I have patience Ceratonia. ;D
Today... a chap on our plot told me that the ancient Chinese had special priests to pray for and to care for the the tree peaony plants. If you would like to "employ me" EJ, I am willing to train up on the subject...
I would need more than them on my side,I kill very flower I get me hands on almost, except Roses and dahlias. XX Jeannine
Flossie, I can keep you in jam and chutney? :P ;)
