Title: Strange plant appearing
Post by: sawfish on March 26, 2007, 20:12:37
This strange plant has just appeared at the back of my plot on a raised bed.

Any ideas what it is?

Another vote for paeony.  Lucky - has it self seeded?  I read on here that they were difficult to germinate.  I had some in the greenhouse but bloke chucked them out, so if you're wanting rid of it... ;)

Could easily be paeony, but there may be other things that look similar. The seeds aren't difficult, but they are slow. They come up after the second winter.

Don't think it's lovage - leastways mine has never looked like that!
