Title: Tayberry Cuttings
Post by: Biscombe on March 11, 2007, 14:18:57
My Tayberry is in it’s second year and new leaves have been showing for a few weeks now. The only cuttings I've ever taken are mint!! I'd like to have a go with the tayberry, can you take this beginner propagator through how you would do this  :) :)

??? This is the way to propagate Tayberries i.e. layering http://tinyurl.com/25khry  and this is is usually done from mid July onwards.

You could consider hardwood cuttings http://tinyurl.com/2fkxbw or tip cuttings http://tinyurl.com/yrj4zj  if you wish, but I am not sure if you will have success with either of these methods.
