Can't wait for Monday!!!!
Where's the parcel???
good question ....

How long do we wait before we declare PTP 4 'lost in action' :(
Mikey
Let's hope not :'(
Don't panic!!... ;)
Parcel arrived safely with coznbob and it either has gone, or is about to go off, to the next person, who is in Dorest I beleive ;)
On the subject of being lost in the post, the royal mail website says to allow 15 days before reporting anything missing...
Really sorry have only just posted the parcel :(
I was in A and E with eldest child most of afternoon. Knew I should have gone down to the town in the morning!
Hope haven't upset anyone ...
Oh, and its going to J L in Christchurch!
Here I was monitoring No. 3 and I get home last night and I have one from List 4. Anyway it has safely landed and I had an absolutely wonderfuyl time rifling through it - some lovely choices.
Now on its way to L in Middx this afternoon. I had to get a bigger envelope so hope that it fits through the mailbox flap.
Enjoy

;D Jitterbug ... wrong thread you were ;D ... :D
I thought that I was on parcel 4 too JB :)
Okay, to try to clear up any confusion... as it was so popular again I sent two parcels off at the same time: parcel 3 and parcel 4. (I thought if I kept it to one list of 24 people it would take too long to go around everyone.)
So, in ALPHABETICAL order the people down for each parcel are as below. However to keep you guessing as to when you're going to get to open it (a bit like a real pass the parcel ;)) this is not the order it is going to be sent round ;D
Parcel 3:
daisymay
flowerlady
glow777
hazelize
Jeannine
Marymary
MrsKP
princescruffster
purple sprouting
Rhubarb Thrasher
Sparkly
tulippa
and
Parcel 4:
barkingdog
blisters
cambourne7
coznbob
flossie
Jitterbug
knbsallotment
mikey
Rosyred
sally_cinnamon
suzanne
sweet-pea
Hope that helps people keep track of which parcel they should be looking out for.

It will be on it's way to York tomorrow.
Just arrived here in York and I am now sitting at my desk at work itching to have a rumage to see what delights are inside :D
Ooh - where is it going to next?? My excitement is all renewed because when I looked at the list I thought I had ages to wait but now I know that they are not in order it's made it all exciting again!
:)
It's now winging it's way to Norfolk, I'm afraid you're going to have to wait a wee bit longer Sally.
SP xx
Oh, and I posted it 2nd class I'm afraid without thinking, so don't panic if it takes a few extra days to reach it's next destination.
Would that be Kings Lynn??????
Am quivering with excitement!!!
or it could be me! ;D
barkingdog
Ah! now that would be telling, I think I'll let you both sit in anticipation ;D SP xx
Hooray! It was me!!! Will be sent on its way to Lincoln first thing tomorrow!!!

That's okay, I like being excited so I don't mind waiting!!
:)
Just read your post knbsallotment. Maybe I will come home and find a parcel tomorrow.... :o
Did it arrive flossie?
barkingdog
No :(
OH is sick of me coming in and asking have I got a parcel?
I sent for some little seed bags from captain bags and spent an evening making up lots of little parcels so that I am ready....
Hmmm, I am having postal issues down here. Jeannines parcel never arrived, and pass the parcel has been "returned to sender." Will send out again this morning, and think I will send recorded delivery, so hopefully it will get to you. Don't know what's going on down here at the moment. Several items I'm waiting for haven't arrived yet either!
Hope that you get things sorted knbs it must be very annoying for you.
Good luck with it
Thanks parcel 4 arrived safely and bulging with all sorts of wonderful surprises :o
Will post Norfolk as soon as the PO opens - looks like it will be Tuesday because of bank holiday.
Thanks to everyone who contributed :)
KNB.. I just read this, which parcel did I send that didn't arrive ?XX Jeannine
Glad it arrived safely flossie. Am trying a different post office, which, although is a good 5 miles further away, the things I post do actually seem to be reaching their destination now! Yay for me!!! lol.
Yay! ;D
Must be me this time! I can't wait!
barkingdog
This massive parcel arrived today, stuffed full of seeds ;D ;D ;D
I'll have a peruse tonight and will try to post tomorrow. Will let you know when I send it!!

Yey! I sort of forgot about this pass the parcel coming to me when I posted my swap wish on the other thread - how dim, should have just waited to see what came!
:)
Hi Sally_Cinnamon,
I will pop your seeds in with the package so it saves a stamp :)
But there are lots of chillis in there already
Cambourne7
Ooh, great Cambourne thanks. Will look forward to the parcel next week!
;D
Hi Guys,
There is a package in the seed swap which is just a white sealed package with
"CORCILSE 1740 Q"
anyone got an idea what this is??
Cambourne7
No idea, I did wonder myself! But didn't think to ask ::)
barkingdog
No idea either. So I think that narrows down the original owner to one of:
mikey
coznbob
Jitterbug
Rosyred
blisters
sweet-pea
knbsallotment
flossie
'Fess up someone, the suspense is killing me! I mean.... NOTHING back from google!! :o How can that be?!? ???
;D
Well this is just me thinking logically, but I think it is a companies stock number and my best guess it is coriander/cilantro seeds, the number 1740 will be the ordering number, therefore cor cil se 1740 Just a thought XX Jeannine
Oooo, clever - I think you might have it there Jeannine :D
Mr Fothergills has coriander with a code of 1740!!
http://fothergills.co.uk/en/coriander-cilantro-for-leaf-1740.aspx
and here:
http://www.thegardensuperstore.co.uk/acatalog/Herb_Seeds.html
Do they look like coriander seeds?
Really,it just seemed logical,if whoever has the packet and opens it they will have a very dictinctive smell. It sound like it is the Mr. F's one though, that is a heck of a coincidence. XX Jeannine
Parcel on its way to Warwickshire! Posted first class to try to make up for the delay in me posting it off again - SORRY! :-[
Oh yeah, I opened the 1740 mystery packet and it does smell and look like coriander, only the seeds are quite small....
;)
Fantastic - this is me! And my other half has just texted that a large parcel has been delivered today.
I'll make sure I post it on by Monday after I have had a good sort.
Thanks
Suzanne
I think my other half may be modest...............it's huge!!!!! :o
Oooer! That could be RUDE :-[
;D
Unfortunately I am a big fan of the "Carry on" films..........and on a firday night with a glass of wine my "double entendre" goes on overtime. Childish I know. I have sought help to no avail!
But Sally_cinnamon. Your OOoer is reminiscent of vintage Frankie!
Now, don't mock the afflicted! Oh, it's wicked to mock the afflicted.
