Certainly do... Leeks presumably....
:-\
Sooooper - but why indoors?
They are my show leeks TIM prior to going into the polly tunnel
I'd be very tempted to turn them into leek and spud soup
ours are like spring onions, very small ones , looking good, davy ;D
I remember the days when I did that, but now that I don't exhibit anymore I don't go to these lengths, but glad to see that someone still does.
Do you grow 'pot' leeks as well?
Certainly do Tee Gee but i do find growing show stuff a pain in the but and as i have a big allotment it its very time consuming as you know.
always been interested in this kind of thing
what variety are they and when do you have to start them from seed to get them to show size (in sept?)
This is what I used to compete against; ( incidently these are not mine ::) )

For those that want a size indicator the cards are about 6"x4"

GLOW777. Its a little more complicated than growing from seed as its a two year process by keeping a couple of show leeks back or removing your leeks from the bench after a show.
They are started from seed leaf by letting the seeds on the seed head grow into baby leaks nipping them off removing the roots and planting them, this started way back in September to be able to show them the following September.
The pot leeks are Yorkshire Greens
