Will be a while yet til we get the plot clear enough for that plan. :(
However if this weather holds out over the weekend may actually get some more done. :)
Hello Tim
How many people is that plan suppose to feed ? I only have 5 rods and 3 adults to feed.

No idea - a family of 4?
Ask them - Jill. She's V helpful.
Whos plan is this?
How big is the plot?
Im a new starter, this actually gives me some good ideas - probably not going to be on this scale though.
I like the planting schdule
Just a technicoloured version of my plan Tim!! ;D ;)
It says for a plot of 10 rods but does not mention how many people to feed alto the numbers of each plant seem reasonable for a family of 4 - 5 adults. But to grow 5 Cardoons? a bit of a space waster it you ask me unless you absolutely love the stuff!! Also if you grow the squash/pumpkin with the corn and beans (three sisters) you could save a bit of space. You could also grow them and courgettes on your compost heaps to save space!

Jill says 4-6 people - but one would probably need to supplement with potatoes & onions from elsewhere. Not entirely scientific, but a nice contribution?
Cardoons - of course - because they sell them!! Substitutions are allowed. Equally, you could say that 9 Asparagus was a bit thin?
TG - of course!!
Well I have printed it out - gives one a good idea. Wish my plans were so well organised....I tend to me a lot more haphazard! ;D
Wow is all i can say :o If only i were that organised, my seeds still aren't in planting order..... ::) ;) I'm assuming the tomatoes are in the greenhouse? ;D
