Title: Repotting Acers
Post by: pima on March 03, 2007, 13:49:59
I have just bought new bigger sized containers to transplant my Acers into. Can anyone tell me if it would be OK to translplant them now or should I wait until the weather gets a bit warmer? Thanks.

As they are not in leaf yet, I would do it now. I am planting them outside now, most of the ones I am using will be big trees,  I don't know if you are talking about those little frilly japanese ones that wilt when you look at them, but I expect the same  will apply with a bit of protection.
