Title: nutty maincrop
Post by: watkin girl on February 19, 2007, 18:48:13
last year on holiday we bought some potatoes from a farmers market. They were maincrop potatoes, not salad. But they had a lovely nutty taste to them. I have only read about the salad potatoes and pink fir apple(which these wern't) tasting nutty. Does anyone know of any general use potatoes with a nutty flavour?
