Does anyone have any cranberry plantlets going spare.
Let me know what you need. :)
Sorry to hijack your post Ron, but I would give my right arm for a Cranberry Plants!!! ok............lots of seeds!!! any spare could I have some please ;D
Just a cautionary note, there is someone who regularly sells them on e bay, they sound great but arrive very tiny with unrealistic postage. I bought some a couple of years ago and despite all the right care they have been useless, and I have grown them before. If anyone does find a good source I would be very grateful to hear about it too.Thank you Jeannine

They're a well respected company.

There are good dealers on eBay, and some right crooks. Maybe we should have a thread for the names of reliable sellers? Not that I've bought plants there, but I've been tempted often enough.
Woolworths were selling them at £2.49 a little while ago, they may still have some.
I really do agree about e bay, I have had some super stuff from there and very little problems over the years but the person who sold me these plants knew that they where not right for the price,I know they only grow very short bushes but I did not expect something described as a bush to arrive in Jiffy pot 3 inches tall. and that height included the plant.I did get a catalogue from Mr. Fotheringills today and they have them. I might phone tomorrow and get more info.It is funny when we buy gooseberries etc it gives the ages of the bushes. XX Jeannine
I bought the Cranberries of Ebay as well around 2 years ago & they have not grown much since.
My local Woolies had them in as well today & they looked much better
I stay clear of Ebay since I got ripped off with a Mattock, the guy cashed my cheque but I got nothing
Hi I do know the Dorset company, I got familiar with them when I was investigating the types of blueberries three or four years ago, I found they were very nice folks, thank you for the reminder Xx Jeannine
Their prices are good too, and at least you can be sure of the quality.
