Ahh.  The last of last year's crop? 

Seems to have survived freezing well - I've got loads of plants on their way so hoping for a bumper crop this year  :)  good to know I can freeze my surplus.  ;D

Wow Tim, I had no idea peppers froze so well! Looks yum , I guess they keep their flavour pretty well then?

Indeed - but, of course, lose their salad crispness.

I do most degutted & ready for stuffing.

Thats's what I was thinking. stuffed peppers or good for cooking with ie stroganoff etc?

Here we go again. I know that I may be an oddity - the family keep saying so - but (without a heated 'house) I don't start mine until late March or April! We still get all we need.

Dare I say it again - don't rush into it?
