No Red Onions in stock. Yellow wouldn't be the same for roast sweet & sour??

Maybe not exactly the same  but I'm sure they would do though never made roast sweet & sour.

My DH loves roasted onions - alto I normally just pop a couple of white ones in - would you mind posting the recipe for sweet and sour roast onions please?
