If you haven`t done it yet it`s nearly time to clean the glass and/or scrub the polytunnel.
Before so very long the seedlings will be going out and light is very important.
Our 'chap' was going to do it today but had to have a tooth out!!
...wish i had a chap or chapess to do mine ::)
I am our chap and i did it last week in lovely sunshine hard to believe now though :)
still covered in bubblewrap atm. won't be doing it for a wee while yet.
Mines too new to need washing . So smooth that the snow slid off long before it did off the old one. We did quite a bit of shopping before the snow came just in case we couldn't get out. The fridge was bulging and I had made enough stew for 2 days. there just wasn't any room left to fit a big stewpot in so guess where it went. I the greenhouse which thank goodness is just outside the kitchen door. Tony has made me some great staging I will put a pic up tomorrow.
Sprogs are off school so I will be out giving mine a proper sort out next week. Planning to through out a lot of the old plassy pots as I have thousands. Then a serious clean.
What do you clean the glass with these days? Just washing up liquid?
I just use washing up liquid EJ-it`s a job I really do not like cos one of my greenhouses was custom built and has a huge apex. Try to imagine Cleo with a squeegy mop taped to a long pole ;D
