:D Good news had a lottery syndicate win at work, :( bad news had £85 win between 13 of us for four numbers, friend told us if we had fifth number we'd have won £500.000. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( ;D
while your luck is in pop a number on the euro lotter its £66 million ( i think )
Congrats cornykev but it does seem so unfair that the wins for 4 numbers are so poor but like C7 good things can come in 3's so go for it !!
;D congratulations ;D/ shades x
Need help here..........How does that share out between 4,605 A4A members? ???
Gosh are there really that many of us - doesn't feel like it.
Congrats Kev - better than a poke in the eye with a sharp whatsit. :)

Found out today we also won Euro lottery £7 between eight of us, our mate didn't tell us earlier because he didn't want to take the gloss off the other win, think I break out the Stella's. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Congrats Kev! Cor, our very own lottery winner. ;D
I have been in a syndicate that dad started since the lotto begun. There are now only 15 members, and after all these years, Christmas 2006 we all received our first payout..........wait for it..........£100 each. it won't change us. We will keep with the allotment, altho I am thinking of hiring a little man to do the digging and make me cups of tea. ;D ;D I puchased premium bonds with the money - hopefully I will have a better chance of earning a few bob than I do on the lotto.
EJ just try and keep your feet on the ground, it hasn't changed me #*@#,$*8# sh it I spilt champagne all over the keyboard. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Hi EJ, your decision to buy premium bonds with your lottery win wasn't a bad decision.
All right, the top prize is 'ONLY' a £million. ONLY!!!!
At least you will still have your £100 forever, whether you win or not. Whereas with the lottery £100 tickets (lucky dips, or whatever) will be lost on the one game.
Whilst prize-wise the payout is less than the lottery, the difference is that you do not lose your stake money.

Exactly my thinkings valmarg. And I know that if I ever need £100 for an emergency, it is there.
Plus Premium Bonds are tax free!
