Today in Netto they were selling seeds for 19p per pkt., Don`t know if its at all the shops but may be worth a try

Morrisons - 59p/packet and buy 2 get one free. They had Chantenay carrots and other seeds that are quite expensive and hard to get at the garden centre (if not impossible)
Wilkos - buy one get one free on all seeds
Downtown - veg seeds still half price.
