Evening to all,

Whilst I was at work today my wife went to Homebargains (Halifax) she bought me loads of packets of vegetable seeds for 15p a pack(Bargain) she said that they were tones of them.
So I thought i'd let you all no just incase you have a Homebargains were you live.

Lettuce (Kagraner sommer 2)
Spring onion (White Lisbon)
Beetroot (Detroit Globe)
Chives
Radish (Early Scarlet round red)
Cucumber(Market more)
Tomato(Black cherry)
and Courgette(Yellow Parador) ;)

Grrrr Halifax, you've got the beetroot I wanted, we ended up with something diff from Wilkinsons instead (can't remember the name).  Oh well, serves me right for being too impatient lol!  Happy growing  ;D

It says on the back of the packet....Globel Plant Growers Ltd,Bolton,BL7 9DR
Then under that it says..Voetakkers 6, 1614 MH Lutjebroek Nederland.

Awwwww, thanks Graham, that's v kind of you :-* .  I think there might be a Home Bargs store in Boston where I'm working at the mo so I'll have a look at lunch time tomorrow (unless it's brass monkeys again of course :o ) & let you know - cheers! x

nope but i am hoping to get to the mother in laws ( near birmingham ) sunday and i think there is one up there.

But it is dependant on me being up to travel

The HB in Manchester Piccadilly doesn't have any seeds in at all yet.  There are a few flower bulb kits and herbs in pots kits, though.  I consoled myself with a tidy 4'4" roofed bird table for £7.  Bargain!  :D

Been to ours and they have very little in at this time will have to wait and see in the next week or so for the bargains that you seem to be getting >:(
