Once I've harvested my 1st and 2nd crop of potatoes, can I sow more potatoes in the place of 1st and 2nd crop.

Could possibly be a little late in the year. There are plenty of successional veg you can grow in the same place afterwards though.

I generally plant out my winter greens in these beds, e.g. Savoys, Winter & Spring cabbage, Leeks, Winter Cauli to name but a few.

They would need a lot of feeding as they use up so much... not a great idea. Follow with others like TeeGee suggests.
