hi

anyone got a sea buckthorn plant??

I want to make 'sea buckthorn' juice

You can get them very cheap from Buckingham Nurseries:

They do mail order too (but I recommend a visit - if your bank balance will survive the experience!)

Alternatively, I'd be happy to give you some cuttings from mine - though they didn't berry-up this year.

Beeches nursery in Ashdon (other side of Cambridge from you) had some in a while back. Might be worth checking out if you're ever round this way?

Quite fancy growing them myself, but I think they don't like chalk.

good tip :-) just sent them an email

I have made a little area that i can plant them in but now have to wait till i put my fruit cage into place.

will let you know what happens
