SS.   I took them pictures at 'Gardening Scotland'  at Ingliston, Edinburgh in 2005!!!  I didn't manage to get there 2006.  Took loads of pics of magnificent flowers.  Good to look back on   on a dark dismal and stormy night in mid winter!!!   ;) ;)

Any more summery pictures please? The rain is hammering on my window and the wind has just blown my front door open and scared me witless. Need flower-therapy and quick!

wow! i love lupins! i love love love them!!!! and poppies too but the ones you've taken the pics of, i'm not overly keen on. they remind me of those fake flowers from the 80s lol. but the lilies look pretty too.

Now they really have cheered me up, just got home after celebrating the start of 2007 with family. we all had a lovely time. John brought me and a friend home (about 4 mile round trip) and the wind is blowing and rain lashing down. Just about managed to hold on to the car door. Never mind I won't get wet where I am going in a minute.
Happy 2007 to you all.
Lorna.

Really lovely, Georgie! Thank you. This is a smashing thread - let's try and keep it going through the 'dark days'. We all need a dose of sunshine!
