........not as glamorous as the old (2005), but at least you can sit in the same room with it!!

It's funny, I was just thinking of you this morning Tim, wondering how your renovations are coming on.  Your fire looks lovely and welcoming and I love your garland.  Is the floor finished to?  Are you finally all sorted?  I hope so.
