Title: I do like a bit of crumpet!
Post by: tim on December 06, 2006, 20:29:27
Bacon, eggs, toast? Bacon, eggs, fried bread? NO - bacon, eggs & WELL done crumpets. A really subtle difference.

And for afters? Well done crumpets with Raspberry Conserve & Cream!!

When all around me are eating crispy bacon sandwiches on a Sunday morn, you will find Emma toasting crumpets and covering them in REAL butter and a dollop of home made jam!

Looks devine Tim!

No, a crumpet must have a fried or poached egg on top so that the yolk then runs into the holes......................................mmmmmmmmmm ;D
