......that it works with - eg - Duck fat as well as stock. It's hellish stuff to carve from a frozen block.
What a great idea! I had a 'mare last week with some stock my dad had made and frozen for me - defrosted it and then didn't need to use it all, was a bit worried about the whole "only reheat once" scenario. Hate waste, so this is fab!
Don't mistake it for white chocolate!
Haha!.... Eeeew :P
Now, the freezer is one place I haven't yet used to hide the chocolate (or at the moment in my house, fudge) although it could be a good place! Providing clearly labelled!
I've been searching ages for an ice cube tray with a snap-on lid. My freezer has drawers, and it's nigh on impossible to close the drawer without the contents of the ice cube tray slopping over. Any ideas, anyone?
have you seen the ice cube bags, very useful :)
They're OK just for water, but not for liquids of thicker consistency, nor for freezing herbs.
Or if you mean the ones like little cushions, with water already sealed in them. yes, got some of those for drinks, but I want trays for freezing other things, like Tim's example.
