:oWell me and Bungies are off to the Parish council meeting on Wednesday to secure our land.
Can anyone give us any tips on proceedure, as far as I can make out the public speaking bit is at the beginning?
We have managed to get our proposal on to one sheet of A4, how marvelous is that?
Any other tips will be greatfully received.

just tell them how good it is for, a the community, b the environment, c all of you, here's hoping you're talking to like minded people, everything crossed :D
