Title: Fruit Bushes

Hi Me again sry, brought 6 Bramm jumbo thornless blackberry bushes 6 in total, is now good time to plant there 18" in height, if so how deep and how far apart please

Hi Steve, we just learned a way to plant, crop and prune blackberries at Barnsdale :)
Plant up to the height they were originally in the nursery, 12-13 ft apart
B'berries always crop on year 2's wood.
Fix up a support with horizontal wires so the shoots can grow up to 6 ft along from the stock
Use alternate sides for growing and cropping each year, then you know where you are ::)
Cut back to ground after fruiting. In theory it looks something like this:

Also they like loads of mulch, iron and seaweed are a good feed in spring, and they prefer shade or semi shade. Hope that helps :)
