I had a couple just the same as this in my greenhouse,I was shocked!!
I sort of forgot they mated ::)/shades x

That's right; I've seen it twice this year. First time was a solitary bee, probably a leaf cutter, the second was too high to see, and could have been a wasp. Honeybee drones mate once, explosively, and die at once. I don't know how far the same applies to other species, but I suspect that in many cases it won't.
if only we could get rid of you all that easily :P
Only the bees don't, since colonies raise drones by the hundred.
