Post by: MrsKP on October 09, 2006, 23:39:32
anyone a snooker fan out there ?  heard about this just now and found the news shocking and very sad.

Only 27.  far too young.

It's so sad for his family, and the world of snooker will be diminished by his loss, what might he have done had he lived longer?

I'm afraid I didn't know who he was as I don't watch snooker at all, however, what a sad story.  Such a young hansome man with a young family.  A terrible shame. :'(

Yes, Lorna, I remember you saying that now.

I realise that celebs are no more immortal than the rest of us, but you just never expect to hear that a "superstar" is taken in his prime.

We seem to have been saying this a lot this summer ........... but we're only here for a short while.  Let's pack as much in as we can.
