I have taken up a few french habits since my holiday, gauloises and expresso for brekkie, bread, cheese and red wine for nammit. (nammit is elevenses on the south island), Have a wee nap in the afternoon then another gauloise and coffee with a drop of brandy.
The evening meal of grenouille usually has me hopping about ;D
Some of those old french boys live to a ripe old age so it must be good for me.

How do you pronounce gauloises ? Not that I approve, tut tut :P, its only my favourite spy smokes them but I always kind've skipped over the name as I don't know how to say it. (Even in my head )
