Title: Tomatos - Going soft
Post by: Svengali on September 18, 2006, 19:22:19
For the last week or so, most of the toms I have picked have been decidedly squidgy, whereas previously they were as hard as bullets.
Is this over/under, watering / feeding, or is it just the plants not getting the same level of sun that they previously enjoyed?

Useful information Saddad, I've got some black mould & had noticed some squashy tomatoes but hadn't connected the two.

I'm not sure I would recognise botrytis - I do have some leaves that look as if they are dying off though.
