Some conflict here?
Most things you 'thaw in the fridge'. But veg? Surely, straight into boiling water?
Mine goes straight into boiling water as you say Tim.
My OH who knows zilch about cooking ::) asked me earlier to take some beans out the freezer to thaw for dinner. He was most surprised to hear this was unnecessary :)
Yep! - straight into a little salted boiling water. No need to cover the veg. just keep the lid on.
