Definitely not!

This is the time of year I start to get depressed.  Next Friday, 22nd is the autumn equinox, and from there on in we are going to have six months of more hours dark than light.

Hey, but next year's seed catalogues are coming through the letterbox, so we start planning what we are going to grow next year, and it's going to be a better year than this!!

Yes.
Not really - 27/4?
Just that they are at the end of their life & only fit for compost.

Yes, apart from Black Beauty - only 3 off 2 plants - a good year.

Now it's the turn of the Tomatoes!

Although they seem to be late croppers (or my plants took a long time to get going :)) I have had a good crop of aubergines from the variety Fabina. It's an F1 variety unfortunately, so no use saving seed, but I will certainly be growing it again next season. (Must remind myself to mollycoddle the plants in the early stages, they like it warm I understand :)).
