Hi
This is not a recipe but it is related to cookery so i hope it's ok to ask here. I have spent the afternoon cooking up a tomato sauce and i never want to see a tomato skin again.
I know there was a thread sometime back ,somewhere on the wonderful web site, about that groovy machine that seperates the skin from the pulp. I have searched and searched for the thread and cann't find it. Can anyone remember and be kind enough to post the link to the thread, or tell me what the groovy machine is called.
