Don't know if I should post this on recipies or not but here goes!
Today I harvested loads of little west indian gerkins, to eat raw you have to peel them because of the prickly skin. To preserve in vinegar do I peel, or will the vinegar soften the skins anyway?
Dunno, Bisc. I've heard of them but they won't grow well this far north..
