Not sure if this is edible or inedible . so anyone give me a name?
Could be one of the milk caps,(not nice to eat) or possibly poison pie (don't), or false chantrelle even (don't eat). Difficult to say,P. Does it have a particular smell and where did you find it?
In the garden border and the only smell I could distinguish was normal mushroom. Nearest trees are hazel and Willow.
They could be a Lactarius (milk cap). There are fungi very much like these which form fairy rings round here, in grass on what was originally heathland where hazel and willow grow well.
Sorry should have put in a scale. the biggest one on the top left is about 4 inches across at the widest point. Some of the other unpicked ones are even bigger!
