Would you believe it, our local garden centre is laying out xmas bits for sale from this weekend. :'( :'(

Grrrr... It gets earlier every year, just ruins the whole spirit of the celebration if you ask me.  ( I know you didn't but hey!!  ;D)  Botany Bay is also starting it's Christmas sale this weekend.  I'm not a bah-humbug type really, but when it (no more mentioning the "c" word) starts being celebrated in August, then I b****y well feel like being one!   >:(

It's the kids I feel for, it must wear them out waiting for four months for it to arrive.   :(

We're used to that in Blackpool.  The Illuminations start next Friday and the shops will be laden with C*******s stuff (for all you happy spending tourists!)

I agree with you though, Sally.  Great fun taking a 6 year old to town when it's full of 'Santa Stuff" (note use of 'S' word and not 'C' word).

It's when the shops start playing ruddy Jungle Bells in October that it does my head in!

Just today, i saw shelves of Mm Mm cards in the card shops it makes me sick , because the little children have no idea it is all for money and it must spoil so many childrens Mm Mm, because every where they look from now on it will be in there faces Bl**dy shop keepers.   Right thats my rant over for now anyway.  Watch this space. ;D

OUr local nursery had cleared out all of it's summer furniture and pots to make way for the Christmas display which they start laying out this weekend.  Oh whoopdee doo!  Will now avoid going there until November time.
