I've just been to my local Wyevale centre, I rarely venture down there as it's usually expensive for most stuff; However, they are offering loads of Thompson & Morgan vegetable and flower seeds for 25p per packet!! The one I got (and there were quite a few....) expire in 2007 or 2008, and they had expensive packets like Sungella tomatoes that are usually nearly £3! I don't know if this a countrywide offer or just in Derby, but it's worth checking out.... :)
Our local Wyevale centre has an offer on at the moment, well more of a seasonal clearance all the seeds are 50 % off! Including Thompson & Morgan and more.
Thats at the St helens store.
TGF :D
Thanks for the tip Deb. Bought myself a few packets today. Can't go wrong at that price. :)

Not just T+M, Suttons and Carters as well, managed to spend £20 at 25p a packet.... and could have gone on and on!!!!
