Title: potatoes
Post by: Philbasford on August 22, 2006, 15:12:44
have harvested the first part of our main crop.  As you can see from the first picture they are a good decent size etc, however in the next picture the skins seem kinda odd.  Does anyone know what this is?, how its caused etc.

Ive just realised i dont know how to add pictures, anyone help lol?

upload your images to somewhere like photobucket.com . Then press the image tag (it is the 2nd to left on the bottom row of buttons when you are writing a post and looks like a photoframe). Paste the URL of the image inbetween the tag - easy!

I've never had any problems storing them if they have scab, but i do use them up first just in case. Are they all effected?

I don't think scab affects anything but the appearance of the potato.
