Please excuse my ignorance, but do soya beans taste like tofu?
If so, what recipes do people have to emhance/disguise the flavour and texture?

The soya beans you grow needed to crush. Drain all the milk out. Then have to boil for few minuets, then have to add some stuff to make it solid before it turn to tofu. But I never tofu before,only tried soya milk ;)
