Title: Muncher Squidging Day
Post by: tim on August 09, 2006, 09:27:10
It's the little green ones that had me fooled this year - so difficult to see when very small. Shown with chrysalis.

The other, more usual, little bdears are mainly near the ends of the mesh.

they are excellent camoflage agents when green, makes you wonder how many actually get cooked and eaten  :o extra protein I suppose

reminds of that old joke "what's worse than finding a maggot in your apple?"

"half a maggot"
