Not a recipe, just a way of using the torrent of tomatoes that can appear at this time of year.
Not having a dehydrator or drier or whatever it is called, I just cut mine in half and put in the oven on the lowest possible setting. This can take several hours, and the tomatoes may get drizzled with a drop of olive oil later, depending on how I feel. I produced a whole 12 inch tray of halves, which I hope will be done before I go to bed tonight ...
