Check out The Garlic Farm. Have watched the threads over the last year and Solent Wight seems to be a fave variety...

I like Marco, a hardneck (seedheading) garlic which is a fantastically easy to peel garlic. It doesn't get that large (so I grow lots!) but with hardly any of those tiddly little cloves from the centre of bought garlics which tend to get chucked in this house!

And, as I've mentioned before, you can use the scapes too...

the Garlic Farm isn't cheap, but I can't recommend it too highly; I grew two of their varieties this year; Solent Wight and Albigensian Wight. Both gave me large, tasty bulbs. The Albigensian bulbs were bigger overall, but that could simply be the bed they were in.
