Patience - & more kneading, It always fools me - the fact that 1 tbs water too many can turn the mix into a clag.
Couldn't 'form' the sections - had to spoon them. But just have to use the courgettes!

I tried this on Saturday morning and was very pleased with the result, although I think I should have added more salt.

The house was filled with the most amazing aroma.
