I do like them whichever way Lorna, but I was actually very surprised at how tasty these were roasted. Quite delish ! But as I've no raw peas to eat whilst wandering around the garden, i've been snacking on raw carrots and radishes. Just scrummy.

oh ....... and they were ALL eaten.

glad they all got scoffed, and i bet they tasted the diffrence. your caulies look great, dunno what the devil mines up to. they've stopped growing.
