I sowed some more squash seeds at a similar time to you doing those Tim, insitu on the plot, and they germinated and romped away - and I have been picking patty pans now since we got home from our hols!

have you tried the 'crystal' types - the 'crystal apple' and 'crystal lemon' cucs - they are pale and roundish and have a wonderful flavour and prolific as well

Tim, you have fruit set, but you need them to get bigger - my little patty pans are picked when incy wincy!
