Does anybody know of any? And if you have made some how did it taste?

Oh, how long is a pice of string??

Carluccio only uses onion, tinned or plum toms, basil & s&p. Or plus celery ('specially the leaves), garlic & parsley.

I like to brown the onion well.

I went on a cookery course on Thursday & we were shown this which was yummy.
Peel & remove seeds from 3 large toms then chop, fry a chopped onion in olive oil & garlic then add tomato puree plus a few sage leaves, pinch of sugar some white wine, & some vegtable stock.  Reduce it a bit then strain & add the chopped toms & 2 tbls of creme fresh.  Goes really well with fish or anything & is a bit different.
