How do i make passatta with all the lovely tomatoes im hoping to get?

Its like thick tomatoe juice...i use it in spag bog, tomato pasta etc.  Its thicker than tinned toms...i use loads and buy it from the bigger supermarkets ie tesco, sainsburys , morrisons etc

passata is simply sieved tomatoes.  i have made it by sieving tinned tomatoes but never fresh

Cook your tomatoes let them cool and pass through a seive, freezes well also.
The taste of home made Passata is divine, i also put 2/3 cloves of garlic in with the cooking ,  optional of course.  Rosebud.
