I planted 2 courgettes, and am growing them outside in a newly prepared veg bed. They were growing and cropping well, then the tip of one suddenly rotted...the second seemed OK, yeaterday I saw that a load of white translucent jelly like stuff had oozed out near the growing tip, and the same has happened. I've cut them both back to healthy growth, any ideas as to what's happened to them and will they reshoot? ???
