Title: BLACKCURRANT PIE

I have just picked my crop of blackcurrants this year (7.5lb) and am going to make some jam. I also would like to make blackcurrant pie filling.

If anyone has a recipe for it please could you post it, many thanks

Haven't made this for many years but from what I remember I just used to mix it up with sugar, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and ginger. Depends on taste really.
