Title: Powdery Mildew

I am pretty sure that I have powdery mildew on my black currant bushes.  I have read past  posts, and bicarb of soda is mentioned, in 1litre of water, with detergent as a wetter.  Does this mean that the 3 ingridients are put together in the sprayer?  Please help, new to this! ::)
