Do you mean a sweet and sour sauce baby? A (very) basic one I sometimes use starts with a splodge of ketchup in a small jug and an equal amount of water to total about 75ml. Next some sugar, start with a good pinch, then the 'sour' element which can be vinegar, lemon or lime juice, citric acid powder or amchur, which supersprout kindly recommended. Then some salt, and start tasting and adjusting. A teaspoon-ish of corn- or rice flour to thicken follows, and is mixed in. That makes about enough for a single portion. You can either microwave it and use it as a pouring sauce, or chuck it in the wok along with your chosen ingredients for the last few seconds. Sometimes I add very finely sliced onion and pepper, and maybe bits of sun dried tomato and garlic. But not often. As I said, very basic, but a starting point. I hope this is what you meant. :-\
